The house is situated on a 14,000 m2 plot with a living surface of 150 m2 on one level, to be reached by stairs. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob , dishwasher and the necessary small appliances. The dining room is has SAT-TV, a dining table and a central airconditioning unit. All three bedrooms are on the same level, all with its own bathroom. The living room opens onto a large balcony with stunning views on the countryside. Outside the pool is 8 x 4m with a depth 100 - 180 cm , sunbeds, and the BBQ.
