DESCRIPTION: The holiday cottage Ca`n Butxet sleeps 8 and is located very quiet on just 2 km from Ca`n Picafort and the beach on the bay of Alcudia, in the northern part of Mallorca. The villa is built on a 15,000 m2 plot with a clear view of the surroundings. The surface of the house is approximately 150 m2 built on two levels. The ground floor has a living-dining room with ASTRA satellite television, a kitchen with dining area, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with a wheelchair accessable shower. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. 3 of 4 bedrooms and the livingroom have air conditioning. The entire house has as well central heating. Outside is a large covered terrace of 35m2 with garden furniture, a brick barbecue, a pool 8,5 x 4 m with sun beds, a lawn area and a shower at the pool.
