DESCRIPTION: Ca'n Peroti is a country house that has its origins over 200 years ago. It is situated on almost 2 km from Manacor, the second largest town on the island. The villa can accommodate 8 people and is situated on a plot of 1,500 m2 and 250 m2 of living area spread over 2 levels. In the ground floor is the living-dining room with dining table for 8 persons, free wifi gratis, living room with sofas, fireplace and satellite television and a sitting area with rocking chairs. The dining kitchen has a large refrigerator, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and the usual small appliances. All 4 bedrooms have airconfitioning. One of the 4 bedrooms is also on the ground floor, as well as one of the two bathrooms. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and again a bathroom. Outside there is close to the pool of 8x4m a toilet. There is garden furniture in the open interior space and under the covered terrace by the pool. There is also a barbecue.
